If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations.
General Terms and Conditions
Items must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used beyond what is necessary to check their size and features, and with all original packaging elements (labels, box, covers, and seals, where applicable).
We reserve the right to apply a deduction to the product’s value if it shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
How do I request an exchange or return?

What is the deadline for requesting a return?
You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting from the day you, or a third party authorized by you (other than the carrier), receive the last item in your order.
What is the deadline for returning the items?
Once you have notified us of your decision to return the order, you have 14 calendar days to send the items back to us.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the items and verify that they meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned items.
We will refund the cost of the returned products and, where applicable under the regulations, the standard shipping costs for the original order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than the standard shipping offered by LIBERTAS BAREFOOT will not be refunded.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to:
Customized products or those manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, when the seal has been broken after delivery.
Any other cases excluded by current consumer and user protection laws.
Important Information
LIBERTAS BAREFOOT reserves the right to refuse returns that are notified or shipped outside the established timeframes or that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.
In such cases, the items may be returned to the customer, with the customer bearing the cost of return shipping, and no refund will be issued.
