Customs (shipments outside the EU)

Libertas Barefoot has no control over duties, taxes, or import charges applied by the customs authorities of each country. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

The customer is considered the importer when placing an order with a destination outside the European Union and is therefore responsible for paying import duties when the shipment arrives in their country.

Shipments to the USA

Each entry of goods into the USA is considered a new import.

This means that:

• Exchanges and reshipments are subject to new customs fees, even if the customer already paid duties on the original order.
• Due to restrictions and high customs costs, we do not accept exchanges in the USA, only returns.

Shipments to Mexico
A valid RFC is required to receive an order.

Shipments within the European Union
No additional customs fees apply.

Delivery refusal by the customer (customs and duties)
If the recipient refuses delivery of the package to avoid paying customs, duties, or import taxes (e.g., shipments to the USA, UK, or other non-EU countries), the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse.

For all shipments outside the EU, a fixed fee of €40 will be applied for shipping and return handling. This amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by Libertas.

POP-UP POLICY

Items purchased at pop-ups are non-refundable.

Only size or item exchanges are allowed, and only during the days the pop-up is open.
