Customs Costs

European Union
For shipments to the EU, there are no customs fees to be paid upon delivery. Please note that Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland are part of the Schengen area, but they are not EU member states.
USA and UK
- For shipments to the USA and the United Kingdom, no customs charges apply upon delivery.
Other countries
Libertas Barefoot has no control over import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the customs authorities of each country. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
The customer is considered the importer when placing an order destined outside the European Union and is therefore responsible for paying any import duties when the shipment arrives in their country.
For Mexico, it is mandatory to provide a valid RFC.
Refusal of delivery (customs and import taxes)
If the recipient refuses delivery of the order due to not assuming customs costs, duties, or import taxes, the package will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
Refusing the shipment upon delivery incurs a €80 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee corresponds to the logistics costs generated by returning the package to the origin.
Additionally, if the order is returned due to non-payment of customs fees or lack of required documentation, we reserve the right to deduct all associated costs from the refund.
Customs payment
Customs payment must be made directly through the courier company. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the instructions needed to complete the online payment.
Pop-Up Policy
Returns: Items purchased at pop-ups or outlet stores are NOT refundable.
Exchanges: Only size or item exchanges are allowed, and only during the days the pop-up is open.
