At LIBERTAS BAREFOOT, we accept exchanges and returns within the established period, provided that the item is in perfect condition.

Garments must be returned new, unused, and with all original packaging elements: labels, box, covers, and seals, just as they were sent.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

The deadline for any returns is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package. The customer will always be responsible for the shipping costs.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order by crediting the credit or debit card used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase made, excluding shipping costs.

If you placed your order via PayPal, we will process the refund to your PayPal account within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

LIBERTAS BAREFOOT reserves the right to refuse returns that are notified or sent after the deadline, or that do not comply with the conditions of our returns policy.

In this case, the items will be sent back to the recipient with postage due and no refund will be given.
