Return and exchange policy
At LIBERTAS BAREFOOT, we accept exchanges and returns within the established timeframe, provided the item is in perfect condition.
Garments must be returned new, unused, and with all original packaging: tags, box, bags, and seals, as they were sent.
Return costs are borne by the customer.

HOW TO PROCEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Whether you want to exchange or return an item, the process is the same; access our Exchange and Returns Portal.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
The return period is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package. The customer will always be responsible for shipping costs.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the refund is approved, we will process the full amount of your order by refunding the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase within a maximum of 14 calendar days . The refund amount corresponds to the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
If you placed your order through Paypal, we will process the refund to your Paypal account within a maximum of 14 calendar days .
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
LIBERTAS BAREFOOT reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the specified timeframe that do not meet the conditions of our return policy.
In this case, the items will be sent back to the recipient postage due, with no refund due.
