1.- Organizing companies
The organizing companies: APODEMIA S.L. and MANUELA Y VICTORIA ESPAÑA S.L., hereinafter APODEMIA and LIBERTAS BAREFOOT, plan to carry out a raffle that will be developed in accordance with these rules.
The sweepstakes is called "LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA" and will run worldwide, exclusively online through the LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA page on the Instagram platform.
This social network does not sponsor, endorse or administer in any way this sweepstakes, nor is it associated with it. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from it and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to LIBERTAS BAREFOOT Y APODEMIA.
2.- Duration
The start date of the sweepstakes will be Monday, June 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (Spanish time) and will end on Wednesday, June 25 at 9:00 p.m. (Spanish time) (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Period"). LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA accept no responsibility for entries received before and/or after the Promotional Period and such entries will not be counted towards the draw.
If for any reason it is necessary to postpone and/or modify the raffle, this fact will be published on the following website https://libertasbarefoot.com/.
3.- Purpose
The sweepstakes aims to promote the presence and brand image of LIBERTAS BAREFOOT Y APODEMIA in RRSS and interact with its community of followers.
4.- Free of charge
The sweepstakes is free of charge, so that in order to participate it will not be necessary to pay any amount, nor the payment of any additional fee or amount to obtain the prizes.
Participation requirements and mechanics
During the promotional period indicated above, all persons over 18 years of age, who proceed as described below, will have the opportunity to participate in this sweepstakes.
Employees of LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA, as well as those persons who have participated directly or indirectly in the elaboration and/or development of the sweepstakes, as well as first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

If the participant's account information is uncertain, incomplete or illegible, LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA reserve the right to invalidate the participation, declaring the prize void.
LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA reserve the right to eliminate those participants who defraud, alter or disable the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of this promotion, comments or responses that it deems unrelated to the rules, violate the conditions, limitations or prohibitions contained therein, or consider them improper, indecorous or in bad taste or deems that may hurt the feelings of other participants or followers of the brand.
6.- Selection of winners
Winners will be chosen randomly by the organizers from among all participants who have met the requirements of the sweepstakes. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, June 25 at 22:00h (Spanish peninsular time) through the Instagram post itself.
7.- Prizes and communication to the winners
The raffle prize will consist of the Aro Earrings and the Bulky Nefertiti Ring by APODEMIA, along with the Silver Barefoot Ballerinas by LIBERTAS BAREFOOT.
The value of a pair of LIBERTAS BAREFOOT is €189 in Spain, while the value of the Bulky Nefertiti Earrings is €65 and the value of the Bulky Nefertiti Ring is €109 (both from APODEMIA). The prize object of the present promotion in no case may be subject to change, alteration, compensation at the request of the winner or transfer of third parties. The winner of the draw may renounce the prize won, however, may not in any case, exchange it for a different one nor may it be exchanged for its cash value.
LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA will contact the winners by private message on Instagram. In said message they will be asked to expressly accept the prize and the rest of the information that may be necessary to carry out the effective delivery of the prize. In case the winner does not send the requested information within 72 hours by "private message" on Instagram from the publication of the message where he/she is tagged and is reflected to be one of the winners, LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA will declare the prize void.
8.-. Ownership of the draw
LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA reserve the right to request the immediate removal of any link or content in connection with this sweepstakes and/or any other material or media that has been used, disseminated, distributed, published, exported, exploited, reproduced or copied in violation of the provisions of these Rules, reserving the right to claim for the damages caused the amounts due to them without prejudice to any legal action for the achievement of these purposes.
9.- Responsibility
In no case will LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA be responsible for the services that any other entity with which it collaborates, provides to the winners as a result of the prizes awarded.
The winners exempt LIBERTAS BAREFOOT Y APODEMIA from any liability arising from any damage they may suffer during the enjoyment of the prizes.

- Manage the relationship between the Participants in the sweepstakes and LIBERTAS BAREFOOT AND APODEMIA, including communication with the Participants to meet their requests, communication and management of their prizes, proceeding to their elimination at the end of the time necessary for the development of this promotional action, i.e. at the end of the current year at the latest.
- When the Participants have expressly consented separately, to send the newsletter and/or commercial information to the Participants who, prior to sending it, have expressly requested LIBERTAS BAREFOOT Y APODEMIA to do so.
